Carl Haines Hobbs, 89 of Scott City died Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at the Chaffee Nursing Center in Chaffee, Missouri. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri on August 10, 1929 to Ivan Beverly and Majorie Hanes Hobbs.
He was a self-employed contractor and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was of the Methodist faith.
Graveside service will be at 2:00 pm on Thursday at the Hobbs Chapel Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
