Linda Carter

Linda Mae Carter, 69 of Charleston, Missouri died Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at the Estates of Bertrand, Bertrand, Missouri. She was born August 21, 1948 in Charleston to George and Rita Sisk Vinson.

She was a member of Elm Street Baptist Church in Charleston.

She is survived by two sons, Michael (Stephanie) Vinson of Benton and Blake Vinson of Charleston; three brothers, Jesse (Etta) Vinson and Tony Vinson of Charleston and Jerry (Teresa) Vinson of East Prairie; two sisters, Bertha Hedge and Donna Jones of Charleston; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two daughters, three brothers and two sisters.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm on Monday at the Unity Baptist Church in Benton, Missouri.

Graveside service will be at 1:00 pm on Monday at Oak Grove Cemetery in Charleston with Rev. Dennis Lowe officiating.
