She was born on January 17, 1959 in Chaffee to the late James and Lorene White Kinsey.
Peggy worked as a branch manager for the Bank of Cave City Branch of Strawberry, Arkansas. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Chaffee. She volunteered at White River Medical Center in Batesville, Arkansas.
She is survived by a son, Ricky Lantz of Strawberry, Arkansas; a daughter, Tina (Mike) Kolwyck of Oran; a brother, Jim Kinsey of Chaffee and a sister, Pat Hutson of Randles; five grandchildren, Jimmy, Chase, Josh, Hali and Derek; 3 great-grandchildren, Rhyder, Ellie and Taylor.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, Charles Wayne Kinsey and a sister, Brenda Dumey.
Friends may call after 11:00 am on Wednesday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.
Funeral Services will be at 1:00 pm on Wednesday at the Chapel with Rev. Don Leggett officiating. Burial will be at Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee.
