Danny Eugene Newell

Danny Eugene Newell, 63, formally of Marble Hill, Missouri passed away Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at Puxico Nursing and Rehab Center in Puxico, Missouri.

He was born on June 20, 1954 in Cape Girardeau to the late Ed and Delcy Hanners Newell. He married Shirley Horman and she preceded him in death.

Dan was a retired self-employed truck driver. He was a member of First Assembly of God in Marble Hill.

He is survived by a sister, Mary (Charles) Maddocks of Puxico, and several nieces and nephews.

He was also preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.

Friends may call after 11:00 am on Friday until time of service at 1:00 pm at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee with Rev. Ricky Knotts officiating. Burial will be at Plainview Cemetery in Patton, Missouri.
