Robert Horman

Robert F. Horman, age 77, of Chaffee passed away Saturday, January 14, 2017 at the family home.

He was born at Chaffee on March 4 1939 to the late Fred and Mayme Griffin Horman. He married Marilyn Ann Griffin on July 7, 1962 and she preceded him in death on January 29, 2013.

Robert was a retired supervisor with Rubbermaid in Jackson. He was a member of St. Ambrose Men’s Club. He served in the U.S. Army.

Survivors include two sons, Mike (Michelle) Horman of Chaffee; Scott (Leslie) Horman of Chaffee; five grandchildren, Zachary, Trenton, Megan, Garner, and Griffin Horman; three step-grandchildren Trevor, Kiana, and Kerri Cannon; two great-grandchildren, Dane and Sawyer Horman; two brothers Butch (Aldell) Horman of St. Louis, Missouri and James (Paulette) Horman of Jonesboro, Arkansas; two sisters Aline Feilner of St. Louis and Ina (Charlie) Eftink of Leopold, Missouri.

He was also preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.

Friends may call after 4:00 pm on Monday, January 16, 2017 at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 am on Tuesday at St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Chaffee with Rev. Randy Tochtrop officiating. Burial will be at St. Ambrose Catholic Cemetery.
