Lavonna Lenand

Lavonna Jean Lenand, 75 of Jackson, Missouri formerly of Scott City and Rockview, Missouri died Thursday, October 15, 2015 at her home. She was born October 14, 1940 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri to James Amphlis and Jeanette Mae Bles Riley Jr. She married Billy Gene Lenand on May 27, 1961. He preceded her in death on March 9, 2013. She was a cook for Southeast Hospital and Mobil Oil Riverboat. She is survived by a son, David (Rena) Lenand of Scott City, Missouri; a daughter, Donna (Earl) Ladd of Jackson, MO; a brother, Stan Riley of Jackson; a sister, Karon Robert of Scott City; five grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a brother. Visitation will be from 5:00 - 8:00 pm on Sunday, October 18, 2015 at Amick-Burnett Chapel in Scott City. Funeral Service will be at 10:00 am on Monday, October 19, 2015 at the chapel with Rev. Tom Bridges officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery in Scott City.
