Wanda Chappell

Wanda G. Chappell, age 69, of Sikeston passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at The Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau, MO. She was born on April 8, 1945 in Caruthersville, MO to the late Coy and Della Mae Wilkins Chappell. Survivors include a son, Richard (Connie) Copeland of Scott City, MO; a brother, Jim "Cecil" (Mary) Chappell of Sikeston, MO; two grandsons, Forrest and Hunter Copeland. She was also preceded in death by four brothers, Sherman, Raymond, Charles and Jerry Chappell and one sister, Louise Waldman. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee, MO. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, at the chapel with Rev. Marty Hasz officiating. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories in Sikeston, MO at a later date.
