Jamie Elaine Koch

Jamie Elaine Koch, age 48, of Chaffee, MO passed away Saturday, October 18, 2014 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, MO. She was born on March 3, 1966 in Cape Girardeau, MO to Jimmy Eldon and Janie Ellen Thomure Mier. Jamie married Robert Keith Koch on June 21, 1986 in Chaffee, MO. She was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Chaffee and worked as a secretary at Girardeau Stevedores in Scott City. Survivors include her husband, Robert Koch of the home; her parents, Jim and Janie Mier of Kelso, MO; one son Kendall (Diana) Koch of Sedgewickville, MO; three daughters, Brittany (Chris) Ellis of Jackson, MO, Stephanie Koch of Cape Girardeau, MO, Lindsey Koch of the home; one granddaughter, Kolbie Koch; two sisters, Missy Buckner of Scott City and Joy Corwin of Jefferson City, MO. Friends may call from 4-8p.m. on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. Parish Rosary will be at 4p.m. Funeral mass will be held at 10a.m., Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Chaffee with Rev. Randy Tochtrop as celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Ambrose Catholic Cemetery in Chaffee.
