Charles Alfred Bonifield

Charles Alfred Bonifield, age 79, of Oran, MO passed away on Monday, September 29, 2014 at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau, MO. He was born on October 12, 1934 in Charleston, MO to the late Charles Duard and Elizabeth Carlisle Bonifield. He married Hattie Hodges on February 12, 1988 and she survives. Alfred was a member of the United States National Guard. He was a retired self-employed farmer. Survivors include his wife, Hattie of the home; one son Michael Bonifield of Bell City, MO; two daughters, Cheryl Simmons of Rochester, IN, Susan Todt of Jackson, MO; two grandchildren, Emily and Julia Todt both of Jackson. Friends may call after 4p.m., Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran. Funeral mass will be held at 10a.m., Thursday, October 2, 2014 at Guardian Angel Catholic Church in Oran, MO with Rev. Randy Tochtrop as celebrant. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens near Morley, MO.
