Carl Todt

Carl "Eddie" Todt Jr., age 55, of Sikeston, MO passed away on Wednesday, February 27, 2014 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO. He was born on February 19, 1959 in Cape Girardeau, MO to Carl Edward and Kathryn Ann Dumey Todt Sr. He married Angela Plafcan on July 21, 2002 and she survives. He was a self-employed farmer. He was a member of Guardian Angel Catholic Church in Oran, MO; St. Joseph Sodality; Past President of Scott Co. Farm Bureau Board; Knights of Columbus of Oran Council #4311; Scott County Extension Council and Adopt Board for Rural Restoration. He is survived by his wife, Angela, of the home; his mother, Kathryn Todt of Sikeston, MO; one daughter, Hannah (Zach) Pfaff of Cabot, AR; two sisters, Mary Beth Todt of Columbia, SC, Susan (Mark) Howard of Fruitland, MO, one nephew, Tyler Howard and one niece, Stephanie Howard. He was preceded in death by his father and two sisters, Sharon and Darlene Todt. Friends may call after 4p.m. on Monday, March 3, 2014 at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee, Mo. Parish Prayers will be held at 5 p.m. with KC Prayers following. Funeral mass will be held at 10a.m., Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Chaffee with Rev. Randy Tochtrop as celebrant. Burial will follow at Guardian Angel Catholic Church in Oran, MO. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Guardian Angel School or Missouri Farm Bureau Foundation.
