James Arlie Nall, Sr.

James Arlie Nall, Sr., 70, of Benton, Mo., died Friday, Feb. 7, 2014 at his home. He was born Sept. 1, 1943 at East Prairie, Mo., the son of William Henry and Inez Bippus Nall. He married Kathleen Cawley on Feb. 24, 1962. He was a member of the Church of Christ and the Masonic Lodge at Morley. He served in the US Navy during the Cuban missile crisis. Survivors include his wife; a son, James Nall, Jr. of Benton; two daughters, Kathy Nall of Benton, Donna Beeson of Kelso, Mo.; five grandchildren, Ashley, Joshua and Rebecah Nall, Jeffery and Brittney Beeson, and two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son William Patrick Nall, his parents, four brothers and three sisters. Friends may call from 5-8:00 pm Monday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Benton. Funeral service will be Tuesday at 10:00 am with Bill Bradley officiating. Burial with full military honors will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens near Morley.
