Kay Uhrhan, age 66, of Scott City, MO passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2013, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo. She was born on November 22, 1946 in Allenville, MO to the late William L. and Lenora C. Drennan Crader. She married Terry Uhrhan on November 20, 1965 and he survives. Kay worked as a secretary at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau for 6 years. She then worked 10 years as a legal secretary for Siebert and Horman Law Firm in Scott City, Mo. She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Kelso, MO and St. Ann Sodality. She was a proud and loving wife, mother and Nana. Survivors include her husband, Terry Uhrhan of the home; one son, Scott (Stacey) Uhrhan of Oran, MO; one daughter Sherri (Roger) DeBrock of Chaffee, MO; three brothers, Jack (Nelda) Crader of Jackson, MO, Joe (Ruth Ann) Crader, David Crader both of Delta, MO; three sisters, Joan (Alvie) Surface of Rockview, MO, Linda Hale of Jackson, MO, Peggy Miles of Cape Girardeau, MO; three grandchildren, Kaydi DeBrock, Colton Uhrhan and Kinley DeBrock. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Don Crader. Friends may call after 4PM, Thursday April 4, 2013, at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. Parish rosary will be at 7PM. The funeral service will be held at 10AM, Friday April 5, 2013, at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Kelso with Rev. Oliver Clavin as celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Augustine Catholic Church Cemetery in Kelso. In Lieu of Flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee is in charge of arrangements.
