Morris Wayne Hale, 71 of Benton died Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at his home. He was born February 18, 1942 in Charleston, MO to Leo F. and Seena L. Chandler Hale. He married Elizabeth Ann Vinson on June 2, 1972. She preceded him in death on August 10, 2003. He was a farm hand for Michael Farms and of the Baptist faith. He is survived by six sons, Allan (Carolyn) Hale of Benton, MO, Nathan (Lisa Morris) Hale of DeLand, Il, Paul Hale of Farmington, Wayne and William Hale of St. Genevieve, Tommy (Rhonda) Hale of Benton; a daughter, Cynthia (Donnie) Crowden of Benton; 16 grandchildren;4 great grandchildren and special friend Mary Smith. He was preceded in death by a son, seven brothers and two sisters. Graveside service will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday at Unity Baptist Cemetery in Benton, MO with Rev. Dennis Lowe officiating.
