Brenda Sue Pirtle

Brenda Sue Pirtle, 62, of Bell City passed away Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2012, at the family home. She was born Feb. 22, 1950, in Painton, Mo., to the late Loomis Elden and Emma Naoma Edwards Pirtle. Brenda was a retired machine operator from Florsheim Shoe Co. in Chaffee, Mo. She was a member of Bell City General Baptist Church and Oran Needle Club. She is survived by two daughters, Shannon Reeves of Bell City, Nikki Mosby of Ft. Sill, Okla.; special companion, Junior Murray of Bell City; a brother, Jerry Pirtle of Randles; two sisters, Rose Mary Wolfert of Perkins, Jeanette Eftink of Chaffee; and 10 grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Shamela Williams, and a sister, Ruth Ann Pirtle. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until time of service Friday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran, Mo. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the chapel, with Junior Murray officiating. Burial will be in Williams Cemetery at Perkins.
