Terry Dehart

Terry Edward DeHart, 56 of Commerce, Mo., died Friday, June 29, 2012 at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau. He was born November 23, 1955 in Paragould, Ark., the son of James Edward and Peggy Ann Hart DeHart. He married Patricia Ann Johnson on October 5, 1974 at Commerce. He was a farmer and a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include his wife and his parents of Diehlstadt Mo.; a son, Christopher (Beth) DeHart of Benton, Mo.; a daughter, Sarah (Steve) Moore of Kelso, Mo.; two brothers, David DeHart of Sikeston, Mo. and Eric Dehart of Commerce; six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister Leighann DeHart Friends may call Sunday from 4-8:00 p.m. at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City. Funeral service will be Monday at 11:00 a.m. at the chapel, Johnny Hester will officiate, assisted by Rev. Dennis Lowe. Burial will be in Oakdale Cemetery in Commerce.
