Beulah (Bea) May Sisco McKnight
Beulah (Bea) McKnight, daughter of the late Charles Fred Sisco and Rhoda Leusenda Wilder Sisco, was born May 15, 1941, in Ponder, Missouri and born-again on December, 2003 at The First Baptist Church of Morehouse, Missouri. Bea entered her heavenly rest Sunday, January 25, 2026, from her son’s home in Delta, Missouri at the age of 84 years.
Bea had many facets to her earthly life, mother and grandmother to her children, grandchildren and many others. She believed in doing your best at whatever you do. Her home and family were her number one priority, but when life demanded her to work outside the home, she quickly rose to a management position. Bea worked in retail, owned and operated businesses, raised large gardens and helped build her own house. All this to provide a home for her family.
When Bea became a Christian, she approached her faith in Christ and Church membership with the same energy and devotion. Bea was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church of Morehouse until she became a faithful member of the First Baptist Church of Delta and an active member of her Life Group. She was passionate about daily Bible reading and studying her life group lessons. Her love for music led her to sing in the choir and to sing a special from time to time.
Bea is survived by two sons, Randy (Teresa) Conn of Delta, Missouri, Micheal (Amanda) McKnight of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; eight grandchildren, David (Jodi) Heed of Delta, Kendal (Travis) Long of Chesapeake, Virgina, Randy (Amber) Conn II of Jackson, Taylor McKnight and Katelynn McKnight of Rockview, Missouri, Micheal O’Guin McKnight III of Cape Girardeau, Jim (Christine) Conn of Pevely, Missouri, Tammy Conn of Arnold, Missouri; thirteen great-grandchildren, Kara Heeb, Lani Heeb, Trey Heeb, Maylee Heeb, Karalyn Long, Karsen Long, Travis Long II, Tanner Long, Titus Long, Jordyn Conn, Harrison Conn, Bianca Conn, and Bethany Conn.
Along with her parents, Charles Fred Sisco and Rhoda Leusenda Wilder Sisco, she was preceded in death by two son, Andy J. Conn and Larry Jame Conn; six sisters, Bertha, Juanita, Edna, Hazel, Mary, and Linda; by four brothers, Bud, Lewis, Ray, and Johnny.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 29, 2026 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at First Baptist Church of Delta. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, January 30, 2026 at 12:00 noon in First Baptist Church in Delta with Rev. Josh Bolye officiating. Interment will follow in the Union Park Cemetery at Chaffee.
