Billy Joe Myers

Billy Joe Myers, son of the late William Jackson Myers and JoEtta Proctor Myers was born on July 25, 1945 in Chaffee, Missouri and departed this life on Sunday, December 12, 2021 at his residence in Chaffee at the age of 76 years. Mr. Myers was a former employ of Proctor and Gamble in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Veteran of the United States Army serving from 1961 until 1964, and was of the Baptist faith. On March 23, 1968 he was united in marriage to Diana Sue Martin in Reseda, California. Mrs. Myers survives of the home in Chaffee. Besides his wife, survivors include two nephews, Bill Ray Myers and Will Roy Myers both of Chaffee. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Georgia Wessel. Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 18, 2021 from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M. at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Home in Chaffee. Funeral services will then be conducted on Saturday at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Glenn Hamilton officiating. Interment will follow in the Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee.
