Billy Ward

Billy Edward Ward, age 66, passed away on Friday, June 27, 2025, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, MO.

He was born on July 25, 1958, to the late Bob and Mildred Ward in Wyatt, MO.

Billy had been a plant worker for the Blair Packaging Company in Scott City, MO before his retirement.

His greatest hobby was showing his grandchildren all the love he could and let everyone know he loved them beyond measure.

He is survived by two daughters: Elizabeth and Austin Calvert of Jackson, MO and Angela Ward of Cape Girardeau, MO; one brother and sister-in-law Terry and Delta Ward; four grandchildren: Nora Calvert, Amelia Calvert, Franklin Calvert and their newest addition, Lucille Calvert.

In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by one brother, Richard Ward.

There are no services currently scheduled at this time.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Billy’s memory to the American Heart Association, 7272 Greeneville Ave. Dallas, Tx. 75231
