Charles Alan Parnell

Charles Alan Parnell, 65, of Scott City, passed away Wednesday, October 7 2026, at Mercy Southeast Hospital.

Charles was born December 17, 1960, to Harlon and Ada Enlow Parnell.

Charles was a graphic artist and enjoyed art, music and writing.

He is survived by a brother, Mike (Donna) Parnell and a sister, Pam (Keith) Sander; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
