Dean Lee Foulk

Dean L. Foulk, 73 of Chaffee, Missouri died Thursday, March 19, 2020 at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. He was born November 6, 1946 in Scott City to Clifford and Bernece Lipe Foulk. He married Mary Slayton on February 15, 1965 in Scott City, MO. She preceded him in death on May 4, 2017.

He worked for Cotton Belt and Union Pacific. He was a member of RV maps.

He is survived by his sons, Brian (Tara) Foulk of Jackson and Dean (Erin) Foulk of Herculaneum; two daughters, Deena Foulk of Cape Girardeau and Jennifer Dickerson of St. Louis and 30 grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by his parents and a son, Shawn Foulk.
