Deloris "Kit" Stull

Deloris “Kit” Stull, 86 of Scott City died Monday, January 19, 2026 at the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. She was born September 21, 1939 in Scott City, Missouri to Theodore and Opal Rubel Gulley.

She worked at St. Francis Medical center in the dietary deparment and was a homemaker.

She is survived by daughter, Debra (Andy) Brown of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; four grandchildren, Niki (Jeff) Laubach, Julie (Jamey) Heisserer, Kevin (Jessica) Mier and David Sweeney and nine great grandchildren, Kyra, Arwen, Lane Laubach, Kolin and Derek Heisserer, Bryce and Noah Mier and Hayden and David Sweeney.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Edonna Side; two brothers, Ralph and Melvin Gulley and two sisters, Olga Lance and Velma Sargent.

Visitation will be from 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm on Thursday at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.

Funeral Service will be at 2:00 pm on Thursday at the chapel with Rev. David Thompson officiating.

Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery in Scott City.
