Harlin Dwain Bryeans

Dwain Bryeans, son of the late Emory Bryeans and Dorothy (Jackson) Bryeans was born on September 4, 1947 in Oran, Missouri and departed his life suddenly on Friday, September 25, 2026 at Phelps Health Hospital in Rolla, Missouri at the age of 79 years.

He was a former a certified public accountant for Will Bucher CPA, known today as Bucher and Fitzgerld CPA in Sikeston, Missouri. Dwain was a Scott County Central graduate and attended Southeast Missouri University in Cape Girardeau to continue his education.

On September 14, 1970 he was united in marriage to Juanita Marie Hatley. Mrs. Bryeans survives of the home in Oran.

Along with his wife, survivors include one daughter, Tracey (Don) Nussbaum of Gordonville, Missouri; seven, grandchildren, Austin (Meghan) Nenninger, Lauren (Samantha) Preece, Bethani (Ryan) Jones, Alexis Davis, Rhett Davis, Brayden Nussbaum, and Lance Nussbaum; five great-grandchildren, Guinievere, William, Isabella, Emory Ruth, and Gloria Blake; three brothers, Harold Gene Bryeans of Aquilla, Missouri; Glennon Bryeans of Morley and Gaylon Bryeans of Oran; also, by a host of family and friends.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Amy Marie Howell and by one brother, Gary Bryeans.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 from 12:00 noon until 2:00 PM at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran. Funeral service will then be conducted at 2:00 PM with Rev. Kenneth Shoemaker officiating. Interment will follow in the New Morley Cemetery.
