Edgar Sills

Edgar Floyd Sills, age 82, passed away on Sunday, May 25, 2025, at Memory Lance Care Center of Dexter in Dexter, MO.

On March 7, 1943, in Brosley, MO he was born to the late Leonard and Geraldine Stone Sills.

He married Vesta Louise Sills on August 3, 1968, who preceded him in death in 2020.

Floyd was of the protestant faith.

Before his retirement he had been employed by the IGA in the box plant for eighteen years and for Tyson Foods for an additional eighteen years.

Surviving Floyd are his two children, one son, Dean & Nikki Sills of Bloomfield, MO; one daughter Shelia Sills of Campbell, MO; nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

There are no services scheduled at this time.

A private family inurnment will occur at a later date.
