James "Larry" Isaacs

James “Larry” Isaacs, son of the late Fearl and Elma “Juanita” Emerson Isaacs was born on September 27, 1944 in Scott County, Missouri and departed his life on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at his residence in Chaffee, Missouri at the age of 81 years.

He was a former High School English Teacher in Southeast Missouri Schools. After his retirement he spent a much time as he could fishing and seeing his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Survivors include two daughters, Rachel Isaacs of Morley and Cindy Grantof Little Rock, Arkansas; five grandsons; Tyler Dollins, Austin Dollins, Cody Grant, Kyle Grant and Tristan Grant; nine great-grandchildren two brothers, Terry (Sheila) Isaacs of Morley and Ricky (Elena) Isaacs of Cape Girardeau; a sister, Carol (Wayne) Bumgardaner of Perkins;
