Jamie "Jamis" Hubbard

Jamie Hubbard, daughter of Lisa (Hubbard) Thomas of Sikeston and the late Jeff Gunter was born on February 25, 1989 in Sikeston, Missouri and departed her life on Monday, November 10, 2024 at the age of 35 years.

She was a former in-home health caregiver in the Sikeston and Cape Girardeau area and a resident of Sikeston, Missouri. She had a passion of rescuing animals and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include her mother and step-father, Lisa (Scott) Thomas of Sikeston; two brothers, Chris Hubbard of Florida and Jay Gunter of Sikeston; by nieces and nephews, Kalab Hubbard, Blaze Hubbard, Londyn Newton, Jordon Hubbard, Payton Hubbard, and Gavin Hubbard.

Celebration of life service will be conducted on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church in Delta, Missouri with Rev. Randy Conn officiating.  Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapels assisting with arrangements.
