Jay Milligan

Jay Herbert Milligan, 80 of Scott City, Missouri died Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at his home.  He was born September 25, 1943 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri to Lee Otis and Glema Myrl Wills Milligan.

He is survived by two sons, Billy (Michelle) Milligan of Hernando, Mississippi and Larry (Cindy) Milligan of Monticello, Arkansas; a sister, Glenda Bryant of Scott City; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Lynn Milligan.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
