Jerrica O`Kelly

Jerrica Leigh O’Kelly, 38, passed away October, 21, 2026, at Mercy Southeast in Cape Girardeau from heart complications, and was clean and sober at the time of her passing.

Jerrica was born May 20, 1988, in Cape Girardeau to Phillip and Melisa O’Kelly.

She enjoyed watching her kid’s games and spending time with her nephew, Oliver. She was a very fun-loving caring soul.

She is survived by her children, Carter and Vailynn Smith; her boyfriend and his daughter, Sam and Allison Holt; her parents, Phillip and Melisa O’Kelly; two brothers, Blake and Jordan O’Kelly; paternal grandparents, Jim and Martha O’Kelly; a nephew, Oliver O’Kelly; and numerous cousins.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Kenny Ray Dickson and Mary Masterson.

A celebration of life will be at a later date and obit will be updated when the date is set.
