Kathie Gail Razer

Kathie Razer, daughter of the late James Cerulous and Mildred Beatrice Baxter Lankford was born March 14, 1949 in Painton, Missouri and departed her life on Sunday, June 28, 2026 at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri at the age of 77 years.

She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Scott City, Missouri and a resident of Scott City.

On September 13, 1965 she was united in marriage to Jimmy Earl Razer. Mr. Razer preceded her in death on June 24, 2006.

Survivors include one son, Michael (Alisha) Razer of Advance; two daughters, Dawn Razer of Scott City and Candi Bowman of Chaffee; two sisters, Lela Jaco of Jacksonville Beach, FL and Leona Lesch of Delta; ten grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.

Along with her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Angie Dees; three brothers, James, CJ, and Loman; eight sisters, Nita, Elaine, Kaye, Sharon, Josie, Ina, Geraldine, and Iris.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 from 4:00 until 8:00 PM at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. Funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, July 2, 2026 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Randy Morse officiating. Interment will follow in the Essex Cemetery in Essex, Missouri.
