Margie Bucher

Margie Bucher, daughter of the late Charles J. Green and Ida Tucker-Green was born on July 31, 1936 in Tillman, Missouri and departed her life on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at her residence in Rockview, Missouri at the age of 89 years.

On October 17, 1956 she was united in marriage to Leon “Sonny” Joseph Bucher Jr. in Chaffee, Missouri. Mr. Bucher preceded her in death.

She was daycare provider for many children in her lifetime. Margie was of the Methodist faith.

Survivors include one daughter, Edna Bucher of Chaffee; two grandsons, William “BJ” (Patty) Keys and Robert James Alexander; two great-grandchildren, Chloe and Dillinger Keys; also, by several family members and friends.

Along with her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one son, James Bucher and one brother, Jerry J. Green.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 6, 2026 from 9:30 until 11:00 AM at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. Funeral services will then be conducted at 11:00 AM with Pastor Steve Vester officiating. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery near Advance, Missouri.
