Mary Dannenmueller, daughter of the late Robert Newton Amos and Myrtle Mae (Byrne) Amos was born on April 21, 1930 in Delta, Missouri and departed her life on Sunday, October 19, 2025 at the Chaffee Nursing Center at the age of 95 years.
She was a former seamstress at Hartmarx for 44 years, member of the St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Chaffee, Missouri, and a resident of Chaffee. She loved to spend time with family and friends especially the grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In her spear time, Mary enjoyed putting together Jigsaw Puzzles.
On December 29, 1948 she was united in marriage to Linus Otto Dannenmueller. Mr. Dannenmueller preceded her in death on November 4, 2002 after 53 years of marriage. later she met Jess Harrell and enjoyed 17 years of friendship.
Survivors include one son, Gary Dannenmueller of Clarksville, Tennessee; one daughter, Joyce (Danny) Loucks of Chaffee; four grandchildren Mark Dannenmueller, Nicole (Wayne) Darke all of Clarksville, Tennessee, Brandi (Deryl) Gardner of Germantown, Tennessee, and Courtney (Brad) Arnold of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri; eight great-grandchildren, Tyler, Emily, Shandy, Drayden, Davin, Layla, Willa, and Lawson; one great-great-grandchild on the way; also, by other relatives and friends.
Along with her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by five brothers, James Amos, Bob Amos, Nelson, Amos, Jack Amos, and Max Amos; three sisters, Dorothy Johnson, Anna Mae Hahs, and Lois Eichhorn.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025 from 5:00 until 8:00 PM at Amick-Burnett Funeral Home in Chaffee. Funeral Service will be conducted on Friday, October 24, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee with Rev. Joseph Kelly officiating. Interment will follow in the St. Ambrose Catholic Cemetery.
