Mary Helen Lizenbee

Mary Helen Lizenbee, daughter of the late Joseph Harvey (Margaret Quade) Burnett and Imogene Phillips was born on December 11, 2025 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri and departed her life on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at Fountainbleau Lodge Skilled Nursing at the age of 83 years.

She was a member of First United Methodist church in Chaffee, former employee of Thorngate Manufacturing, and later in life at Chaffee Nursing Center.

Survivors include one daughter, Jennifer Dunning of Chaffee; two grandsons, Lane Dunning (Alexis Hanback) and Asher Dunning both of Chaffee; two sisters, Sue Sallee of Chaffee and Judy Horton of Glenn Carbon, Illinois; also, by other relatives and friends.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Robert Burnett and by one sister, Betty Mirley.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15, 2025 from 10:00 until 12:00 at Amick-Burnett Funeral Home in Chaffee. Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 noon with Randy Dooley officiating.
