Maxann Eftink, daughter of the late Wiliard E. Floyd and Martha J. (Pride) Floyd was born on August 4, 1958 in Sikeston, Missouri and departed her life on Monday, May 5, 2025 at the Life Care Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri at the age of 66 years.
Mrs. Eftink was a former employee of Cape Girardeau Wal-Mart and resident of Sikeston, Missouri.
She was first united in marriage to Troy Parr Jr. in 1974, in 1993 she was united in marriage to Maylon D. Phelps. Mr. Phelps preceded her in death. In 2003 she married Kevin E. Eftink. Mr. Eftink also preceded her in death.
Survivors include six children, Kimberly (Darin) Watkins of Oran, Troy (Christy) Parr of Marble Hill, Chris Parr of Oran, Eliza (Jake) Alsup of Jackson, Joshua Phelps of Morley, and Sarah (Taylon) Romine of Morley; thirteen grandchildren, Desiree (Allen) Mansker, Kelsey (Jordan) Aldridge, Tayler Driscoll, Austin (Peyton) Driscoll, Faith Parr, Andrew Parr, Liberty Parr, Cassandra (Michael) Ray, Kristopher Parr, Emmit Alsup, Anthony Alsup, Aiden Romine, and Zander Romine; two great-grandchildren, Grey Mansker and Asher Mansker; one sister, Barbara Lou Adams of Sikeston; also, by other relatives and friends.
Besides her husbands and parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Kiley Jewell Parr; one brother, Gary Rondald Floyd.
A private celebration of life will be conducted at a later date. Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapels assisting with arrangements.
