Patricia Curnell

Patricia Ann Curnell, 56 of Scott City, Missouri died Sunday, May 16, 2021 at her home.  She was born March 17, 1965 in Iowa City, Iowa to William Clinton “John” and Mary “Michelle” Glazier Gilmer.  She married Jeffrey D. Curnell on April 3, 2004.

She worked for Big River Telephone as a receptionist.  She was also a member of First Baptist Church of Scott City.

She is survived by her husband, Jeffrey D. Curnell of Scott City; a brother, Tom (Tracey) Gilmer of Scott City; a sister-in-law Barb (Sam) Herndon of Scott City; nieces and nephews, Tommy, Timmy, Taylor Gilmer, Chelsea Brockmire and Alaina (Dave) Hucke and Kyla (Matthew) Ressel and great nieces and nephews, Laythan Stone, Luke Brockmire and Logan and
Ella Ressel.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Susan Gilmer.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm on Friday at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.

Funeral service will be at 1:00 pm on Friday at the chapel with Rev. Jeremy Sells officiating.

Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery in Scott City.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Scott City First Baptist Church Building fund.
