Peggy Cooper

Peggy Sue Melba Cooper, 61 of Carrier Mills, Illinois died Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at her home. She was born December 1, 1951 in Cahokia, Illinois to Warren Albert and Sophia June Wilcox Arbogast. She married James Arthur Cooper, Jr on December 8, 1994. He preceded her in death on October 11, 2006.

She is survived by two sons, Michael (Lisa) Rulo, Jr. of Scott City and Brian Rulo of Carrier Mills; a daughter, Amanda (Rayfard) Russell of Carrier Mills; a brother, Dennis Arbogast of Dupo, Illinois and five grandchildren with one on the way.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield.
