Robert Alan Penrose

Robert Alan Penrose, son of Alan Penrose of Chaffee and the late Taryn Ann Vogel was born on February 11, 1979 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri and departed this life on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at the Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau at the age of 41.

Robert was born with Spina Bifida which limited him from doing physical things that other kids were active in. He passed away of complications of sepsis, toxic shock, and kidney failure. Robert loved to work on bicycles and lamps.

Besides his father, Alan Penrose other survivors include two sisters, Maggi Penrose and Adrianna Penrose both of Chaffee; maternal grandmother, Janis Vogel of Oran; paternal grandmother, Marceline Fuller of Chaffee; two uncles, Brian (Jennifer) Vogel of Oran and Danny (Yanthi) Penrose of Chaffee; also, by two aunts, Vicki (Don) Windham of Dexter and Linda Lindy of Chaffee.

Besides his mother, Taryn Ann Vogel he was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Glenn Vogel and paternal grandfather, Ralph Penrose.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 until 4:00 P.M. Saturday, October 24, 2020 at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. Memorial service will then be conducted on Saturday at 4:00 P.M. with Rev. Laddie Bridwell officiating. Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee in charge of arrangements.
