Steve "Sheetrock" Young

Steve “Sheetrock” Young, 60 of Benton, Missouri died Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, MO.  He was born January 30, 1962 in Lafayette, Indiana to Morris and Martha Catherine Pearl Young.

He was a sheetrock finisher.

He is survived by his mother, Catherine Young of Benton; two brothers, John Young of Benton and Michael (Lisa) Young of Cleveland, Missouri; a sister, Cathy (Tom) Blattel of New Hamburg; seven nephews, a niece and ten great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his dad and a brother, David Young.

There will be no services.
