Theodore Paul Westrich

Theodore Paul Westrich, son of the late August Westrich and Louis Blattel Westrich was born on January 10, 1934 in Chaffee, Missouri and departed his life on Friday, July 10, 2026 at The Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau, Missouri at the age of 92.

He was a retired Technician for McDonnell Douglas in St. Louis, Missouri and a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church in New Hamburg, Missouri.

On April 23, 1955 he was united in marriage to Clara Marie Spies in Scott City, Missouri. Mrs. Westrich preceded him in death on November 21, 2025.

Survivors include three sons, Paul (Kara) Westrich of Jackson, Mark (Debbie) Westrich of Chaffee, and Ron (Debbie) Westrich of St. Charles, Missouri; one brother, Adolph Westrich of Wentzville, Missouri; one sister Rosie Litzler of Bellville, Illinois; six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

Along with his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, Rich and Ted Westrich; three brothers, Ervin Westrich, Arnold Westrich, and Bobby Westrich; one sister, Virginia Westrich.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 from 9:00 until 10:30 AM at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. Eucharistic Celebration will be conducted on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 11:00 AM in the St. Lawrance Catholic Church at New Hamburg, Missouri with Rev. Daniel Belken officiating. Interment will follow in the New Hamburg Cemetery.
