Tula Barbara Eskew

Tula Barbara V. Eskew, 89 of Morley, Missouri passed away on April 15, 2026, at Chaffee Nursing Home in Chaffee, Missouri. She was born on February 26, 1937 in Rambo, Arkansas to the late Samuel Blain Oswald Rains and Junia (Barnes) Rains.

Mrs. Eskew was a member of the Church of God and a homemaker. She loved her family and loved to run around in her bare feet.

On September 8, 1954 she was united in marriage to Jim Eugene Eskew in Sardis, Mississippi. Mr. Eskew preceded her in death.

Survivors include three sons, Ronald (Janae) Eskew of Benton, Marvin (Anita) Eskew of Cleveland, Tennessee; and Delbert Lee Eskew of Morley; nine grandchildren, Tara Simmons, Chase Eskew, Ryan Eskew, Rynn Eskew, Catherine Eskew, April Ward, Aubree Lee, Jennifer Eskes, and Austin Eskew; twelve great-grandchildren, Hunter and Carson Simmons, Claeton Eskew, Lincoln and Slate Eskew, Jemma and Carson Ward, Theo, Fletcher and Margot Lee, Caroline and Chandler Eskew.

Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one son, Bobby Eugene Eskew; three brothers, Dwain Rains, Samuel Rains, and Glendle Rains; two sisters, Vena Nelson and Wanda Johns; by two grandsons, Cohen and Gatlin Eskew.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2026 from 11:00 until 1:00 at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. Funeral service will then be conducted at 1:00 PM with Rev. Mervin Eskew officiating. Interment will follow in the Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee.

The Church of God in Morley, MO will host a reception after the Service.
